Insurance and Payment Information
At this time, Alternative Solutions Counseling is a self pay only practice and does not accept insurance. Insurance options will be available soon. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card for the full amount at the time of service. Sliding scale available.
For your convenience, an itemized statement will be provided with all of the necessary information required for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Not all insurance companies will provide out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
Cancellation, Late and No Show Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Life happens and I want to be as accommodating as possible, but if a client does not call and does not show to a scheduled appointment, the client will be responsible for a full session fee.
If the client arrives late, the full session fee will still be charged.
